Join Richard Lloyd from MCM Restoration Man for this one-day Wood Finishing course on the use of Hard Wax Oils & Natural Timber Oils.
During the course you will be introduced to Timber Finishing use Hard Wax Oils & Natural Timber Oils –
- understanding the different types and brands
- the benefits of using them
- preparation and surface treatment
- application techniques
- finishing touches
- maintenance of timber surfaces treated with hard wax oils & natural timber oils
You will have the opportunity to practice applying the finishes using various techniques.
By the end of the course you will have a solid understanding of timber finishing using hard wax oils and natural timber oils and will be equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to successfully apply these finishes to timber surfaces, enhancing their natural beauty.
Instructor
Richard Lloyd
Richard is a skilled restorer and finisher of mid-century furniture. With a background in automotive refinishing and experience working at Maton Guitars, he has honed his expertise in restoration and conservation.
He uses only environmentally friendly and VOC/Chemical free hard wax oils and natural timber oils for a natural, non-toxic and food safe finish.

Cancellation: Course places are limited. If a course has to be cancelled due to insufficient enrolments, we will notify you and issue you with a full refund or arrange a transfer to another class.
